- How are quotes calculated?
- We ask for your suburb, property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the condition of the yard. From there we send a fixed price. If something is significantly different on the day, we tell you before we start, never after.
- Do you guarantee my bond back?
- We guarantee a thorough, checklist-based clean to real estate standard. Bond return also depends on factors outside cleaning, like existing damage or wear and tear, but if your agent flags an issue with our work we come back and re-clean it.
- What's included in a bond clean?
- Kitchen (oven, cooktop, rangehood, cupboards inside and out, benchtops), bathrooms (shower screens, tiles, grout, toilet, vanity), all bedrooms and living areas, laundry, floors, skirting boards, internal windows and tracks, light fittings, switches, and cobweb removal.
- How do I book?
- Send the quote form on this site. We reply with a fixed price, you confirm a date, and we lock it in. No account, no deposit for a standard one-off booking.
- Can I cancel or reschedule?
- Yes. Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll move your booking at no charge. Moving dates shift constantly, we get it.
- Which Brisbane suburbs do you service?
- Inner and middle-ring Brisbane, including New Farm, West End, Paddington, Toowong, Bulimba, Coorparoo, Ashgrove, Chermside and surrounds. If your suburb isn't listed, ask, we often still get there.
- Do you offer recurring cleans or is it one-off only?
- Both. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly house cleaning, plus recurring lawn maintenance. There are no lock-in contracts on one-off bookings, and recurring visits can be paused or stopped any time.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Bank transfer or card. Invoices are issued on completion for one-off bookings, and after each visit for recurring bookings.
